PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of a crack caused by the repetition of compression and elongation and to prevent peeling between a guide and a belt main body in a join part of end parts. SOLUTION: This conveyance belt 1 with guide is provided with the guide 5 for preventing meandering in the longitudinal direction in the belt main body 2, and a groove part 7 is formed to prevent mutual interference when the belt is bent between both end parts 6 and 6 of the guide 5.
