PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering mechanism of a working vehicle capable of smooth automatic steering. SOLUTION: This mechanism outputs a traveling drive force for traveling a machine body straight and a turning drive force inputted from turning clutches 28, 31 and 34 sides to turning input clutches 42L, 42R sides for turning the machine body to a traveling device side via planetary gear mechanisms 13L, 13R. When the turning input clutches 42L, 42R are operated by an automatic steering control mechanism for automatically letting in/out the turning input clutches 42L, 42R and automatically controlling the steering of the machine body, by letting in/out the turning input clutches 42L, 42R, the turning drive force for turning the machine body is feely transferred, and a ring gear 21 is switched to a free rotatable state or a fixing state to steer the machine body.
