PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic interlocking device capable of certainly preventing an erroneous control output and enhancing the certainty of a failsafe operation. SOLUTION: The processing results of a first arithmetrically processing circuit 2 and a second arithmetically processing circuit 3 are collated by a collating circuit 4, and if the two are identical, an identical pulse 13 is transmitted to a latch circuit 14. From an AND circuit 5, a signal showing the identicalness of the two results is transmitted to a buffer circuit 15. The latch circuit 14 latches data only when it receives the identical pulse 13, and transmits it to an output circuit 9, while the buffer circuit 15 connects the output circuit 9 electrically with a relay contact 10 to an object to be controlled only when it has received the signal from the AND circuit 5, and performs a control output.
