PURPOSE: An illuminating system of a glove box is provided to reduce the number of parts and the number of work processes, improve productivity through reduction of the installation time, and prevent breakage of a bulb in opening and shutting the glove box. CONSTITUTION: An illuminating system of a glove box comprises a holder(42) inserted in an insertion hole formed on a side of a glove box cover; an earth plate(52), fixed to a partition(46) attached to the inside of the holder, to have a space part(42a) for installing a bulb inside, and earthed with the bulb or separated in opening and shutting the glove box; a slide bar(60) fitted into a guide hole formed to the holder by the partition, to earth the earth plate to the bulb; and an elastic member(62) inserted in the slide bar, to move the slide bar by giving elastic force in lighting the globe. A transparent grill(48) is fixed in front of the holder, to prevent breakage of the bulb. Installing the slide bar to one holder reduces the number of parts.
