PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical communicating apparatus which allow to sup press a cost and transmitting modulated lights to light entering members such as optical fibers etc. SOLUTION: The optical communicating apparatus has a light source LD such as a semiconductor laser, etc., the light entering members (Fa-Fd) having a plurality of light entering parts such as the optical fibers, an optical lens array LSA arrayed so as to correspond to the light entering parts and formed on a lens substrate that a plurality of optical lenses comprise an optical material, a light modulating part (a modulator array) MDA, and a light absorbing mask element APM having apertures. A light L radiated from the light source LD is divided into a plurality of lights by the light absorbing mask element APM having the apertures. Quantities of the divided lights are modulated by the light modulating part MDA. The modulated lights are coupled to the light entering parts of the light entering members (Fa-Fd) by the optical lens array LSA. |
