PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem of an insulated substrate having the conventional constitution that a substrate is apt to be deformed by firing the substrate having multiple layers thicker than necessary formed on it and inferior goods are apt to be generated. SOLUTION: An electrically insulating layer 2 to be formed on the substrate 1 is formed by firing at least pasted crystal glass and non-spherical inorganic matter to obtain the objective insulated substrate having stable quality.
