<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic container which can be discarded by folding the body thereof in two to reduce its volume. SOLUTION: The plastic container has a head portion 3 on one of the ends of a body 2, while a tongue piece 5 is formed on the other end thereof. The body 2 is thin walled and has a flat shape. An engaging projection 7 is formed on the portion 3. An engaging hole 8 for engagement with the projection 7 is formed in the piece 5. The body 2 is folded in two to bring the projection 7 into engagement with the hole 8, thereby holding the portion 2 in a folded state.</p> |
