<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel tank of a simple structure, having low possibility of discharging hydrocarbon, and easy in replacing a component of the fuel tank in repairing and/or maintenance of the component of the fuel tank. SOLUTION: This fuel tank 1 for an automobile comprises at least one fuel inlet, at least one fuel discharge pump, at least one exhausting means 7 for operation, and at least one exhaust valve 11 for lubrication. The exhausting means and the exhaust valve are connected to a fuel vapor filter 24 by at least one exhaust conduit 8b. At least one drop eliminating case 10 is connected to the upstream side of the fuel stream filter. A functional device having the configuration of an exhaust device 9 wherein at least one drop eliminating case and the exhaust valve for lubrication are combined, and fitted to an opening penetrated through a wall of the tank, is provided.</p> |
