摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of predicting a frequency response characteristic by which the frequency components of an input can be equalized more than those of a conventional one and further, the frequency response characteristics of an object to be measured can accurately be predicted when the frequency response characteristics is predicted by imparting the input to the object to be measured. SOLUTION: A plurality of response output signals corresponding to a plurality of inputted sine waves are obtained by successively imparting a plurality of sine wave inputs with different frequencies to the object to be measured. A plurality of sine wave input signals when the plurality of sine waves are given to the object to be measured are obtained and continuously connected, thus generating one continuous input signal. The plurality of response output signals are continuously connected corresponding to connection order of the sine wave input signals, thus generating one continuous output signal. The frequency response characteristic is predicted by obtaining a frequency transmission function of the continuous output signal with respect to the continuous input signal. The object to be measured is exemplified by a traveling vehicle and the sine wave input is exemplified by a steering angle for steering the traveling vehicle.
