SOLUTION: An advertisement medium generating communication system which generates document data of an advertisement medium for a commodity sold by a communication network is provided with a draft preparation and communication system 4 and a communication device, and the system 4 sets master management processing to be used at the time of generating new draft data from draft data for the advertisement medium to be registered in a database in advance and stores transferred new draft data in the database, and the communication device takes in draft data in the database in the draft preparation and communication system 4 by two-way communication and processes this data into new draft data.
