PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet with a metallic lustrous layer region easily formed at a low cost and in a pattern of an arbitrary shape and to provide a method for producing the adhesive sheet. SOLUTION: The adhesive sheet has an adhesive layer on one face of a substrate sheet with a printed layer disposed on at least one face and the printed layer has a metallic lustrous layer region formed by coating or printing with a high luminance coating agent. In the method for producing the adhesive sheet, the metallic lustrous layer region is formed by coating or printing with the high luminance coating agent.
