PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor which is good in image density, resolution and cleanability in spite of repetitive copying, is low in the driving torque of a cleaning blade, obviates the occurrence of the peeling of the cleaning blade, is little in the abrasion wear of the film thickness of a photosensitive layer, has excellent durability and makes it possible to obtain bright images in spite of the high-humidity environment, a method of manufacturing the electrophotographic photoreceptor, an image forming method using this electrophotographic photoreceptor, an image forming device and a process cartridge. SOLUTION: A resin layer of the electrophotographic photoreceptor provided with the resin layer on a conductive base contains a resin which has an organic polymer component, a siloxane component and a charge transferable component and has fluorine atoms in any of these components.
