PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a safety rope support-cum-an antenna guy fittings to a steel beam, to support antenna guy for parabola antenna before or after the exterior finishing work by using the safety rope support, and to safely carry out maintenance and inspection work for exterior facing or the like. SOLUTION: Safety rope supports 1 are fixed at predetermined intervals to a steel beam H at the top floor of a house having a flat roof. Also, by avoiding the safety rope support 1, a floor backing member Y is laid astride over the uppermost floor steel beam H and on which insulation member 71, non-combustible board 71 and waterproof sheet 73 are laid in this order. And a waterproof sheet 6 covering the surface of the support safety body 2 of the main rope support 1 projected out of the waterproof sheet 73 is welded and the bottom periphery of the waterproof sheet 6 is welded to the waterproof sheet 73.
