PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag having a filling port equipped with a check valve suitable for pressure-filling of filling matters such as manure or fodder and the like which are apt to disperse. SOLUTION: A relatively thick film 7 extending from the filling port 6 formed along the edge on one side of a sealed-up bag main body 1 made from a low density polyethylene film, a long thin film 8 opposite to the face 5 of the bag main body 1 forming the filling port 6 out of the long thin films 8 and 9 formed on both sides of the thick film 7 in the length longer than the thick film 7 are welded, and a part extending beyond the position of the filling port 6 and parts on both sides of the filling port 6 of the thick film and two of the thin films 8 and 9 are stuck by welding to the face 5, and the welded part 13 is made to finish within the extent of the thick film 7.
