PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding joint 10 for a fuel tank capable of reducing the discharging of the fuel vapor in the fuel tank to the atmosphere. SOLUTION: This welding joint 10 for the fuel tank is composed of a joint body 20 and a barrier layer 30 laminated on a surface of the joint body 20. The joint body 20 is made of a first resin material having the welding property to a wall face of the fuel tank FT, and the barrier layer 30 is made of a second resin material having the adhesive reactivity to the first resin material, and the fuel permeation resistance higher than that of the first resin material. An end part 34 formed in an exposed state from a tip of a tubular body 24 to the external is provided with the barrier layer 30. The end part 34 is formed by the flowing of the second resin material through the tip of the tubular body 24 when the barrier layer 30 is injection molded on a surface of the joint body 20, and improves the adhesive force of a bonded end face 20b.
