PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shift device capable of realizing an optimum operation. SOLUTION: A shift operating body 11, constituting the shift device, has a shift lever 12. The shift lever 12 is operated so as to switch a connecting state of an automatic transmission 25. Lens parts 17a and 17b emit light to urge the operation of the shift lever 12 and notify of the operation. An SBW- ECU 21 decides the direction to operate the shift lever 12, based on a vehicle state at that time and controls light-emitting members 19a, 19b and 19c to cause light to be emitted in a mode to urge the operation in the direction to be operated. |
