PURPOSE: A complex waterproofing and repairing method for a concrete inner wall is provided to reinforce the safety of a structure against a water leakage and concrete corrosion. CONSTITUTION: The complex waterproofing and repairing method for a concrete inner wall comprises the steps of: removing impurities by dubbing out a part for repair; forming a primary waterproof layer(10) by applying a permeable adhesive reinforcing agent on the dubbed foundation; forming a secondary waterproof layer(20) by applying a surface reinforcing/waterproofing agent on the primary waterproof layer; and forming a surface protecting/waterproofing layer(30) on the secondary waterproof layer(20).
