PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a developer composition, the color developing density of which is high and the color developing speed of which is excellent in a pressure sensitive copying paper. SOLUTION: In the developer composition for a pressure sensitive copying paper, the effective component of which is a mixture of the multivalent metal salt of a nucleus substituted aromatic hydroxycarboxylic acid compound and an aliphatic amide ester compound, by jointly employing the aliphatic amide ester compound jointly having an amide bond and an ester bond in a molecule as a sensitizer jointly with the metal salt of the aromatic hydroxycarboxylic acid compound, more excellent color developing speed and saturated color developing density are demonstrated than those demonstrated when the publicly known amide compound, ester compound or the like are employed. |
