PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label transferring device capable of positively peeling off a label from a transferring roller. SOLUTION: There is provided a label transferring device including a configuration in which a label B is transferred by a pair of rollers 17, 18, wherein at least one of the rollers is formed by a plurality of partial rollers 17a arranged with a proper clearance and concurrently there is provided a peeling-off plate having one end formed like a comb shape. Comb-shape teeth 24 at the peeling- off plate are placed between the partial rollers 17a, 17a and mounted at the downstream side of a label transferring passage.
