HARD COATED FILM AND TRANSPARENT CONDUCTIVE FILM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard coated film and a transparent conductive film which do not break through the whole film body like glass even if a stress is applied and bring about no difficulty in a cutting process and the like and further, show extremely high resistance to moisture permeation. SOLUTION: This hard coated film has a hard coat layer formed of an ionizing radiation-curable resin applied to at least one of the sides of a cyclic olefin film. Also the transparent conductive film has a transparent conductive thin film formed on the hard coat layer or between the hard coat layer and the cyclic olefin film. In addition, an elastomer layer having a rubber-like elasticity is formed between the hard coat layer and the cyclic olefin film.
