PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating system controller that can control a capacity of a fixed-capacity type gas compressor with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: This refrigerating system controller calculates the temperature deviationΔT between a controlled temperature Tc detected by means of a temperature sensor 55 and a target temperature Tr from the temperature Tc . In order to reduce the deviationΔT to zero, this controller then computes PID, etc., and impresses a driving voltage which is obtained as a result of the computation upon the electromagnetic coil 91 of an electromagnetic inlet pressure regulating valve 80 from a driving section 105. When the coil 91 is excited, a magnetic body 85 is attracted to open a control valve 81.
