PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To liquefy evaporated fuel during the stop of an engine to return the fuel to a fuel tank without increasing a battery in scale, in an evaporated fuel processing device for an internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: This device is provided with storing and discharging means 3 and 7 capable of storing evaporated fuel during the stop of the engine and discharging the fuel during the operation of the engine and liquefying means 6, 11, 12 and 13 for liquefying the evaporated fuel discharged by the storing and discharging means 3 and 7 during the operation of the engine.
