PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking garage management device capable of smoothly managing a parking garage without confusing users of the parking garage. SOLUTION: The parking garage management device 10 is provided with a pair of rotating lights 18 and 20 for emitting light of different colors and a control means for controlling the pair of rotating lights 18 and 20 and a bar 12. Of the pair of rotating lights 18 and 20, the blue rotating light 18 is controlled by the control means to turn on upon the movement of the bar 12 from a lowered position to a raised position. When the bar 12 is in the raised position the rotating light 18 is controlled to turn off while the red rotating light 20 is controlled to turn on. After a predetermined time has elapsed, the bar 12 is moved from the raised position to the lowered position as the red rotating light 20 is controlled to turn on. When the bar is in the lowered position the red rotating light 20 is controlled to turn off.
