PURPOSE: To provide a pump unit integrated with flow meter wherein the appliance is made compact, and the incorporating into an oil feeding device is facilitated, and also, the channel shape to the flow meter is fixed, and the correction of an instrumental error is facilitated. CONSTITUTION: For this flow meter integrated type pump unit (1), a pump (6) and the flow meter (9) are incorporated in a casing (19). In such a flow meter integrated type pump unit (1), a channel which connects the pump (6) and the flow meter (9) is formed on the casing (19). In this case, an air separator and a strainer (8) on the discharging side are provided on the channel. Then, a control valve (10) is provided on the discharging side of the flow meter (9).
