PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that avoiding useless printouts or copies consciously tends to be disregarded in a conventional department administration system since the printouts or the copies are produced as many as desired without cost consciousness because the costs are charged considerably later. SOLUTION: The restricted number of sheets can be set by unit of department, and the settings are made in hierarchical structure. The consciousness of avoiding the useless printouts or copies is enhanced by systematic management and by confirmation of the number of used copy-sheets at any time. |
