<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily cover and decorative exposed pipes, easily mount them, regardless of its being existing or new, and finely adjust them in response to their length, curve, or the like, for example, when the various pipes are exposed in a house room. SOLUTION: This cover device comprises a telescopic cover body 1 for covering the pipes P from the side by opening or closing the side part, and a decorative cover 10 that covers the peripheral edge of a through-hole H in a skelton wall W for passing the pipes P and is fixed to the cover body 1. The cover body 1 has a bellows part 2, is formed in a cylindrical shape for storing the pipes P, and is opened or closed laterally and separated by an openable dividing part 3, disposed between front and back ends, along the cylinder direction, and opening/closing edges of the dividing part 3 are mutually separated. In the decorating cover 10, an engaging cylinder 12, engaged with the through hole H, is disposed on the back surface of a base 11 abutting against the skelton wall W surface, and a connecting cylinder 13, having a projecting locking part 14 which fits to the outside surface of the end of the bellows part 2, is disposed on the front surface of the base.
