PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the optical wavelength with high precision with a simple circuit constitution. SOLUTION: A part of wavelength multiplexed optical signal outputted from a multiplexing area 30 is extracted as an inspecting signal, the extracted inspecting signal is re-guided to the multiplexing area 30, the re-inputted inspecting signal is detected in the end face 10 positioned on the opposite side of the re-inputted end face 20, a state of the detected inspecting signal is discriminated, and further, if necessary, a control signal for performing operational control for a plurality of optical signals which are inputted into the multiplexing area 30 based on the discriminated result is outputted. |
