PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically eliminate ice from clogging a discharge port. SOLUTION: A discharge cylinder 45 is formed on the side of a lower surface of a discharge groove 44 opened in a bottom surface of an ice storage chamber 30 in its attitude falling rearwardly with a discharge port 46 being formed, directed downward in a lower surface of a tip end thereof. A feed screw 48 including two stripes of spiral blades 50 is fitted rotatably into the discharge cylinder 45 with a feed motor 54. On a tip end side of the discharge cylinder 45 a ceiling surface is protruded upward, and slanting guide surface 57 is formed on a front surface of the protruded portion 56, and an escape space 58 is formed in a ceiling section. Even if ice is solidified upward of the discharge port 46, the feed motor 54 is once actuated, and then the feed screw 48 is rotated, part of the ice escapes into the escape space 58 and simultaneously an ice block IB collapses and is discharged from the discharge port 46. Ice clogging at the discharge port 46 is automatically eliminated to ensure successive discharge of ice pieces.
