PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dozing off at the wheel. SOLUTION: A message calling the attention not to doze off at the wheel is outputted from a voice output means such as a voice processor 18 or a speaker 19 in a case when a continuous drive detecting means 21 detects the continuous driving such as the long-time driving or the long-distance traveling, or a monotonous drive detecting means 22 detects the monotonous driving in traveling on a general road within a regulated speed for a specific time. In a case when the driving is interrupted for more than a predetermined time, or when the change of a driver is detected by a change of a driver detecting means 23, the detection by the continuous drive detecting means 21 is reset. Further the reference for judging the long-time driving or the long-distance driving is changed corresponding to the kind of the road and the time zone, and the contents of the warning guide is changed in accordance with the time zone and season.
