PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control rod driving mechanism and a control rod driving system using the same capable of improving the workability in removing a probe. SOLUTION: The control rod driving mechanism includes a control rod driving mechanism body and a motor unit 1 provided in the lower part of the control rod driving mechanism body, and drives to elevate a control rod 12 in a nuclear reactor by using driving force of an electric motor provided with the motor unit 1. The probes 13, 14 for monitoring an operation state of the control rod driving mechanism body are attachable and detachably mounted on the control rod driving mechanism body or the motor unit 1.
