PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a powdery hair dye composition which imparts the hair with excellent gloss, firmness and touch, holds an excellent keeping force (fixing properties) in dyeing the hair or after dyeing, capable of simply arranging a hairstyle in repeated shampooing one's hair after application. SOLUTION: This powdery hair dye composition is characterized in that a permanent hair dye, a semipermanent hair dye or a temporary hair dye comprises 0.5-99.5 wt.% of at least one or more kinds of plant powder containing tannin.
