PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device of high quality constituted so that irregularities and ruled line tracks may not occur, fogging and density fluctuation may hardly occur and an image of good quality can be outputted at a high speed. SOLUTION: An a-Si photoreceptor is used as a photoreceptor 1, an overfield scanning system of exposing by a rotary polygon mirror for reflecting an incident luminous flux with a narrow plane with reference to the width of the incident luminous flux is introduced to an exposure means, and also, an electrostatic latent image is formed by back-area exposure for exposing the bright image part, and the latent image is developed by electrified toner whose polarity is opposite to that of the image carrier. |
