PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric ceramic composition which has a high dielectric constant and high Q value, and further has high stability of τf . SOLUTION: The dielectric ceramic composition contains perovskite-type multiple oxide consisting of calcium, titanium, aluminum, niobium and oxide, and expressed by the compositional formula of aCaTiO3 -(1-a)Ca(Al1/2 Nb1/2 )O3 (wherein, 0.4<=a<=0.6), and an additive consisting of at least one selected from zirconium oxide, manganese oxide and antimony trioxide. The content of the additive to 100 pts.wt. of the perovskite type multiple oxide is <=2 pts.wt. (exclusive of zero). |
