PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking device capable of easily and quickly detachably coupling two heat exchangers and a coupling structure with the use thereof. SOLUTION: The device comprises a locking device main body 8 and a latching member 10 which is detachably latched with a joining member 3 of the locking device main body 8 which consists of a fixture 2, shaft body 4, joining member 3 lever 6 and locking member 7.
