PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection molding method and apparatus capable of enhancing dimensional accuracy while suppressing the deterioration of the yield properties of a material. SOLUTION: In the injection molding method for injecting a molten material in the cavity 154 formed by molds 150 and 160 through a runner 101 to mold a molded product 200, the molten material is heated in the main runner 132, which goes toward the vicinity of the cavity 154 from a sprue 131 into which the molten material is introduced, of the runner 101 to be held to a molten state and the molten material is cooled in the sub-runner 152, which is connected to the gate 151 of the cavity 154 from the main runner 132, of the runner 101 so as not to generate a temperature difference with respect to the molten material injected in the cavity 154. In the injection molding apparatus, a heating means 133 is provided to the main runner 132 and a cooling means is provided to the sub-runner 152.
