PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring reagent capable of preventing specifically bonding matter to the matter to be measured from exfoliating (dissociating) from a carrier in which the specifically bonding matter to the matter to be measured is immobilized during the preservation of the measuring reagent for the matter to be measured containing the carrier in which the specifically bonding matter to the matter to be measured is immobilized, stabilizing the measuring reagent by preventing a reduction in the sensitivity of the measuring reagent thereby, and obtaining the accurate results of measurement on the matter to be measured over a long period. SOLUTION: In the measuring reagent for the matter to be measured containing the carrier in which the specifically bonding matter to the matter to be measured is immobilized, anions of 100 mM or more and cations of 100 mM or more are made present together with the carrier in which the specifically bonding matter to the matter to be measured is immobilized.
