FIXED VOLUME SUPPLY DEVICE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixed volume supply device capable of constantly supplying a supply object by eliminating a bridge even if the supply object accumulated in a hopper is a lightweight material. SOLUTION: A moving body 5 as a carrier for advancing and retreating by engaging with a rod 4 for reciprocating by being connected to a cylinder 3, is arranged in a bottom part of the hopper 1 for forming a picking part 2. A plurality of lifting members 6 for vertically moving so as to project from an upper surface of this moving body 5, are engaged with respective support members 18 installed on the rod 4. The respective lifting members 6 are erected on an upper surface of the moving body 5 only at advancing time of the moving body 5 to eliminate the bridge of the supply object formed on the upper surface side of the moving body 5 by these erectly moving respective lifting members 6 so that the supply object can be constantly supplied even if the supply object is the lightweight material without causing clogging.
