PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bind with desired band tension even though a structure is simple and inexpensive. SOLUTION: The tool for binding a band 4 around an object includes a lock mount 2 for a lock which secures band ends, band-tensioning devices 5 and 6, and a band-tensioning-measuring device 10. A band-tensioning-measuring device 14 is provided between the lock mount 2 and the band-tensioning devices 5 and 6, which deflects the band 4 laterally and establishes a relationship between the deflection and force.
