PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a releasing, lifting and storing device for a fender for saving time and labor for moving the fender on a vessel when releasing, lifting and storing the fender and enhancing a degree of freedom for an arrangement plan of various kinds of equipment on the vessel. SOLUTION: A storage board 3 for storing the fender 4 is provided so that it is swung out to the outside of the broadside on a device main body 2 fixed to the broadside on a deck 1a of a hull 1. The fender 4 is lifted down to the surface of the water W from the storage board 3 by a wire type lifting down mechanism. As a result, moving of the fender on the vessel up to a loading means such as a davit which is performed when using the fender becomes unnecessary.
