Charging loose material into casting moulds - using conical plunger inside funnel shaped double walled charge holder

Blockages and charging time is reduced with small dia. charge-doors in castings moulds by using a conical, plunger-type stopper in-line with the material movement. Escaping air is separated through funnel-shaped, double-walled charge distributor and its air-vents.
