The electrolytic water treatment with rotating radial electrodes consisting of electrolytic vessel (1), inlet of waste water (2), outlet of clean water (3), froth collector (4) located above the water level, and waste or sludge drain (5) at the bottom of the vessel. It consists of at least six electrodes (12 and 13) located in radial direction and rotating around the axis (7) in both clockwise and counter-clockwise directions. Electrodes (12 and 13) are connected to dc power supply (8) and control system (9). Electrodes (12 and 13) are held in insulating brackets (11).
