PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support a person in charge of maintenance/repair so that the person can easily and quickly acquire know-how of maintenance/repair. SOLUTION: Under this program, outlined maintenance/repair information of the object device and detailed information of each section in the outlined information is made to correspond to each other and recorded in a computer readable way beforehand. Then the program makes a computer carry out the first processing of displaying the outlined information on a display means, and the second processing of inquiring a computer operator via a man-machine interface which section the operator desires detailed information to be displayed out of the outlined information being displayed, and the third processing of reading out the detailed information corresponding to the section answered to carry out processing corresponding to the detailed information.
