PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a urethane roller capable of being suitably used as a roller member of every kind not generating the involution of air or the irregularity of density (hardness), the non-uniformity of cells and the local irregularity of physical properties. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the urethane roller equipped with a shaft 6 and the urethane foam layer 7 is provided on the outer periphery of the shaft 6 by integral molding by injecting a raw material component in a cylindrical mold 1, in such a state that the shaft 6 is allowed to pierce through the cylindrical mold 1 along the center line thereof to form the urethane layer 7, inert gas is dissolved in the raw material component. |
