PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolled sheet material coated with a release agent, such as cooking paper, which enables simple and easy manufacture of a commodity being advantageous in terms of the cost and beautiful, and a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: The rolled sheet material coated with the release agent is formed by winding a sheet material 10 coated with the release agent 12 on both or one surface of a base 11, in the shape of numerous layers. A part 15 of minute indentations is formed in the whole or a part of the surface of the sheet material 10.
