PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a new compound as a medicament for the treatment of erectile dysfuntion. SOLUTION: The medicament for the treatment of erectile dysfunction contains as an active ingredient a compound having a structure of the general formula (1) [X is selected from N and C; R0 is selected from H, a lower alkyl, a lower O-alkyl, a lower aldehyde, benzyl, phenyl, a halogen or an O-alkyl- substituted phenyl, a heterocyclic amine, a cycloalkyl, an O-alkyl-substituted cycloalkyl, and furyl; R1 and R2 are each independently selected from H, amine, a lower alkyl, a lower O-alkyl, a lower S-alkyl, and a lower N-alkyl, or R1 and R2 form a five-membered carbon ring or heterocyclic ring together with the carbon atoms bound to R1 and R2 ; (n) is 0 to 4; (m) is 0 or 1] or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of the compound. |
