PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical and electrical composite circuit for performing a large capacity and high speed signal processing without damaging the merit of an optical circuit and the merit of an electric circuit. SOLUTION: The pattern of a core layer is formed which has a dielectric constant being higher than that of a low dielectric constant layer, which is rectangular in cross section and where a light is propagated, in the low dielectric constant layer with <=2.07 dielectric constant, and the floating capacity can be reduced. |
