PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raw material fixed volume supply device capable of easily removing a raw material without inputting the raw material to a molding machine even when removing the raw material becoming unnecessary by a change in the raw material or maintenance. SOLUTION: This raw material fixed volume supply device 1 is composed of a raw material tank for storing and supplying the raw material, a belt for carrying the raw material, a belt driving motor for driving the belt, a level adjusting guide for regulating the thickness of the raw material on the belt, and a belt cover. The belt 4 is reciprocally rotatably constituted. A raw material remover 1 is arranged on the reverse rotation directional side of the belt 4. In raw material fixed volume supply operation, ordinary raw material fixed volume supply operation is performed by normally rotating the belt 4. In raw material removing operation for removing the raw material on the belt 4, the raw material is supplied to the raw material remover 1 arranged on the inverse directional rotation side of the belt 4 by reversely rotating the belt 4, and the raw material to be removed is removed from above the belt.
