PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a wristwatch making the area of a space part as wide as possible, being simple enough to be seen through from the top to the bottom, easy to assemble, and designed so that a time display part seems to be floating in air. SOLUTION: A space part 12 is provided between an outer shell 2 and an inner shell 3 having a movement, and a transparent member 1 is positioned in the space part 12 in such a way as to be sandwiched between the outer shell 2 and the inner shell 3. An annular back lid 4 is attached to the outer shell 2 to inhibit the vertical movement of the transparent member 1. A translucent member 7 is attached to the back lid and an ornamental member 5 is mounted on the lower surface part of glass 6 to conceal the shaft of the movement, and a part of an hour hand, a minute hand, and a second hand.
