PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crown winder which the user of a wristwatch can carry around as accessories for winding a crown at any time. SOLUTION: The crown winder 10A includes an engagement part 18A capable of engaging a crown 5 protruding from the watch body 3 of a wristwatch 1, and a handle part 11A for engaging the engagement part 18A to rotate the engagement part 18A. A mating recess part 182 capable of engaging grooves formed on the outer peripheral surface of the crown 5 is formed at one end of the engagement part 18A, and an engagement recess part capable of engaging the handle part 11A is formed at the other end. The handle part 11A is formed in the shape of a long round pin having a slender planar portion 112 on a part of its center, and a knurled portion 111 is formed on approximately the overall peripheral surface of the handle part for preventing slip. The handle part 11A has small holes 113 formed at one end thereof so that a neck cord 19 can be passed therethrough to use the crown winder 10A as accessories.
