METHOD FOR MANAGING QUALITY OF POROUS CONCRETE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage a quality of a compressive strength which changes in accordance with a unit water volume in a fresh stage when a porous concrete is fabricated. SOLUTION: A predetermined amount of a sample of the porous concrete is put in a container into contact with an adhesion test paper formed of a crepe paper. After the porous concrete sample is oscillated for a predetermined time, a mass of a mortar component adhered to the adhesion test paper is measured. The compressive strength of the porous concrete sample is estimated by comparing the mass with a preliminarily obtained control value curve of mortar masses and concrete compressive strengths. The quality of the objective porous concrete is managed in this manner.
